Perhaps those who are all hyped up about how we’re all going to broil can explain record low temperatures – negative 45F (no, that’s not a wind-chill number, that’s a
TEMPERATURE) that was recorded at West Yellowstone, Montana this morning?
ZERO was recorded in Chicago. Having lived there for 13 years, I can tell you that Chicago is no stranger to single-digit (either side of zero) temperatures – but it is
extremely unusual for those temperatures to be seen in the first week of December!
Denver recorded -10F overnight. Normal for this time of year is 45F.
Global warming? Uh huh.
Tell that to the people who find their furnaces having trouble with keeping the house warm the last couple of days.
